ClipCraftly Beta Terms of Use
1. Your invitation
ClipCraftly is an experimental service for making clips and captions from media. Beta access is available to testers selected by the owner. Your invitation gives you permission to use your own approved account during the beta; it does not guarantee continued access, a launch date, or future features.
2. Your account
Use the account provided to you by the owner. Keep your password private, do not share or sell access, and tell the owner promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass access restrictions.
3. Your media and rights
Only upload media you own or have permission to use, including the necessary rights to images, music, voices, and personal information in that media. You remain responsible for those permissions and for how you use or publish the results.
You retain your existing rights in your media. You permit ClipCraftly to store and process it as needed to provide the features you request, including transcription, editing, and export. These terms do not grant permission to use your media for advertising or model training. They do not replace a separate privacy notice explaining personal-data handling.
To improve ClipCraftly, we record which features and settings you use with your account, such as caption style, size, position and colors, export format and resolution, and the type, size and length of uploaded files. We never record your video, audio, captions or file names for this, and we use this information only to improve the service; it is not sold or used for advertising.
4. Testing an unfinished service
Features may change or be interrupted, and processing may fail. Clips, captions, timing, and translations may contain errors. Review the results before publishing them, and keep your own copies of original media and any results you need. The beta is not a backup service or a guarantee of accurate output.
Uploaded media and finished exports are deleted automatically about 24 hours after they are created. Download anything you want to keep.
5. Responsible use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious files, access other users' data, or deliberately disrupt the service. Do not probe or bypass security controls without the owner's prior permission. If you discover a problem, report it privately to the owner and avoid accessing or sharing other users' information.
6. Feedback
Feedback is voluntary. The owner may use your suggestions to improve the service without promising payment. Sharing feedback does not transfer ownership of your media or give permission to publish your name, feedback, or uploads as a testimonial.
7. Payments
Payments are unavailable during the current beta. Accepting these terms does not authorize a charge or start a paid subscription. Any future paid offering will require separate pricing information and your agreement before payment.
8. Access, changes, and contact
The owner may suspend or revoke beta access for misuse, security concerns, or changes to the beta program. You may stop using the beta at any time. Contact the owner who supplied your login details for support or questions about these terms.
Material changes to these terms will be presented for your acceptance before continued beta use. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
